Thanks for the replies. I found it quite helpful for takeoffs when doing house prices. I could get the LF of all interior and exterior walls in that one section and now I'm not sure how to calculate the totals without manually measuring each wall individually. Not sure if anyone knows another function that calculates it automatically? Anyway, unfortunate that it's gone!

Hello everyone, I'm having trouble displaying the 'general' information on a materials list in Chief X13. I had no problems with it in prior versions of Chief, but since I upgraded to X13 that information won't generate, despite the box for 'general' being checked in the program's preferences. Anyone else experience this before? Thanks in advance, Grant

Does anyone know how to build roof planes such as the ones shown in the pictures labelled A and B? Or if Chief can even create those kinds of roof planes? I can't figure out how to draw a roof with a fascia that slopes from one storey to another. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
