I cannot use my cameras to create 3d views,I keep getting an error message that says it cannot open GL render view. Any suggestions ?

I just figured out how to post the plan , so here it is. Every time I try to do something I discover another problem,now the plate hts for the front and back walls are different? I continue to amaze my self at my ineptitude with this program Thank you for your help CJ. Peace./

The framing is checked in the camera, default and framing sets,shows in plan but in 3D it shows my terrain perimeter with holes where the foundation would be and piers where they are, with any camera view.

When I check them in the display options the framing shows up in plan view but not in 3D or any of the camera views.

I cannot get framing to show in my 3D views. I have built framing in the framing dialog box , switched to the framing layer set and every time I take a camera view all I get is the terrain view with holes in the ground,what am I doing wrong?
