Deck Plan v3.plan

Thanks for your help!  I have tried changing the color, but maybe I did that wrong (still learning).  Is it just a matter of using the eyedropper?

Yes, I tried changing the default decking material, but that didn't change.  II thought about changing the deck defaults to reflect the edits I've made to the posts/foundations, is that the only way?

I'm driving myself mad trying to figure out why my decking material isn't changing in the 3d view.  I've edited the structure/posts so I've turned off automatic framing.  However, when I select "build framing details" the material will change, but all adjustments I've made to the frame/structure will revert to the defaults.  Is there any way to change just the decking material without having every change I've made go back to default?

Please help!
