looking to purchase earlier version of CA. Must have transferable license. I am retired so don't need all of the "bell's and whistle's" as on the newer versions. Looking for from x5 to x9?

Retired contractor looking to purchase a earlier version of CA. Used to have X5 which I purchased on e-bay where purchases are somewhat guaranteed with paypal.. Is there anyway of guaranteeing transfer once payment is made?
