Good Afternoon L Clark, I am a designer and Chief Architect (CA) user. I have used CAD for over 20 years and CA for the last 5+. If you are considering someone remote to assist in your projects I would definitely be interested. I currently reside in Idaho and moved here from California. The bulk of my experience is in residential with an emphasis on kitchen& bath, although I have done light commercial. Need help getting a permit on your ideas, I can help. I've been doing architectural designs for over 25 years, graduating from U.C. Davis. Light commercial and residential (proficient). My training was in AutoCAD and transitioned to CA a few years ago. Moved to Middleton, Idaho 5+ years ago from Northern California. I know engineers to assist in the final set who are licensed in most states. My strongest asset is I am a licensed interior designer in California (CID) and specialize in Kitchen & Baths. I like working with people and problem solving. I have done a wide spectrum of work from small half baths upwards of 20,000 sf new construction. I am no stranger to remodels and enjoy the challenge.
