YOUR PROFILE: -Licensed NJ architect who can professionally stamp construction drawings to be submitted for permits -Expert user of Chief Architect, including full utilization of take-off functions and material list -Able to go from as-is plan to construction drawings in 4-6 weeks -Interested in receiving a steady stream of projects - 8-10/yr DELIVERABLES/SCOPE: -Take as-is measurements for creation of existing plans -Review survey + zoning requirements to ensure compliance -Collaborate with our interior designer on space planning and exterior elevation -Produce CDs for submission to NJ township (e.g. Summit, Westfield, Livingston, Ridgewood, Glen Rock…) -Generate highly accurate take-offs, requiring you to identify which components will be re-used vs new within Chief BUDGET: $3500-6500 depending on agreed scope, as well as your speed, quality, thoroughness (e.g. with takeoffs), and design experience.
