I work IT in a school that teaches Chief Architect. We currently have some students that are getting 2 different square footages in their dimensioning. I am not very familiar with Chief Architect so I thought this was the best place to start to figure this problem out. I have attached a picture of what I am talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
