My wife and I are preparing to build in Philippines and viewing pics/photo's/renderings of various houses. Of course you can't see the real floorplan but I'm kind of counting on that. I could spend a week trying to do it myself but still never get it quite right.
What kind of costs are we looking at someone to whip up an exterior walls and roof to a pic, leaving the inside empty so I can play around with floorplan ideas? This is void of any details. It's purely just something we could play with and throw ideas around and potentially keep for a real architect when that time comes.
