I have invested way more time than I should have working on a plan that was created by my architect and is already under construction. I am looking for someone using Pro or Chief to correctly model the exterior and get it to the correct ceiling heights and roof lines. I will change all finishes (selection process underway) - I just need default finishes on a plan that follows the architect's. I'm not using the plans for framing purposes - trusses and framing are already done. A preview of the plans is attached. Actual plan has been drafted to interior walls but needs adjustments for rear shed dormer on the rear of the house, front bump out, and the screen porch has not yet been added.
He doesn't use CA (DATA CAD). I'm able to get CAD files, but as I understand it, they don't translate into CA, correct?
