I imported in inches and it was wrong, so I re-imported in feet and that was it.

I am trying to import this dwg file into a plot plan, but the scale is wrong.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong and how to get it to come into scale?  I'm importing it into a CAD detail into my plan file with the intent to send it to layout.

Glad it helped.  You get extra commendation for interpretting my goofy sentance structure.. Hah.

My mouse was wheel button was set to "Flip".  I just changed it to "Middle Click" and it now will pan.
