    Thank you for the reply. I turned the Ceiling Surfaces layer on and it did not solve the problem. I have attached a plan file. test.plan test.plan

    My ceiling is missing in Chief X9, I'm not sure at what point it disappeared or how to get it back? I have tried manipulating all the ceiling and floor setting and nothing seems to solve the problem. The ceiling is showing in an oder version of the same plan file and all the settings are the same.
