  1. Let me know if you are open to remote work. I worked in Sacramento for over 20 years but relocated to Idaho in 2021. I work with several Architects, Contractors, and Interior Designers to prepare their drawings for permit and construction. Feel free to visit my website at https://innerviewdesigns.com/ to view my portfolio of award winning projects. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss your upcoming project needs.
  2. Hi Ron, I am an experienced designer doing work in California and I am familiar with the codes required for your region. I relocated to Idaho in 2021, but most of my work is still in the greater Sacramento area. As a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer with the National Kitchen and Bath Association, I am able to intelligently plan beautiful and functional spaces which work with the lifestyle of the homeowner. With over 20 years in the residential field, I am capable of designing the smallest bathrooms up to 7,000 square foot custom homes. I work with several Architects, Contractors, and Interior Designers to prepare their drawings for permit and construction. Let me know if you would like to receive any recommendations for my services. Please contact me if you are still seeking assistance. Visit https://innerviewdesigns.com/ to review my portfolio.
  3. Hello All! I need a bicycle symbol compatible with X12. 3D Warehouse SKP files only go back to 2021 version and these are not compatible with X12. Thanks!
  4. That is very helpful! I will have to try that soon.
  5. I am using X12. Can you export as a skp file?
  6. I have attached a Sketchup file of a Brizo Facuet. Is there anyone with Sketchup who can delete the drain portion of the faucet? I only need the faucet. Thanks! 65030LF-PC.skp
  7. The callouts for the electrical symbols (threeway, dimmer, timer, etc) do not change scale with the electrical labels. I am working in 1/4" scale and the symbols are tiny. I am receiving complaints from my builder that they cant read the symbols. Is there a way to change the size on the symbols?
