Hi, I am new to Chief and have been playing around with it for 6 months. I’ve gone through so many videos, help forums, and guide to get a jump start on the program. I think I got some basic down but still learning. I am building a plan for my house as an example to learn. I came across a road block with my fireplace mantel. Trying to build a molding around it but not getting any luck. I tried molding poly line and didn’t seemed to get it right. I used the molding fireplace to wrap around but the face extruded to the side as opposed to Z axis (facing forward, hopefully that makes sense). I believe I am on the right track, right? Not sure what I am missing still. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
