    I am just at my limits/skills and need someone to complete the design and construction documents to obtain a permit for construction. I have designed a 1BR and 1 &1/2 bath, 667 sqft house. I have a few modeling issues I cannot figure out how to do and I just don't have the time to do the construction documents. I am looking for someone to complete the construction documents and needed details for the construction. I want to complete the CDs ASAP as the goal is to start construction by mid-year.
