Thanks, all. Turns out I did write it down and had the info all along... just didn't know where to look. I'm installed and working now. I appreciate the quick responses.

I'm an occasional user of the program and uninstalled some time back because I wasn't using it much. Trying to re-install now (on the same computer) and it's complaining because it still has the program as installed on "another" computer. I guess there's something I should have done when I uninstalled, but didn't. It's asking for an "Emergency License Transfer" password - apparently something with a dash in the middle - and I have no idea what this is or where to find it. Can somebody direct me? Is this available on my online account here somewhere? Thanks for any help.
