I am bidding on a few big residential subdivision design jobs. Most of the houses are builders models. Plans for each will consist of foundation,floor floor and roof framing,elevations, plumbing and gas lines, section  and standard details. Usually will be  a preliminary for client approval.Please give me a price and turn around time and if any down payment is required.
