  1. Thank you to all three of you gentlemen. My admiration for CA continues to grow exponentially.
  2. I'm showing a photo of a coffered ceiling, but I'd like to do a coffered wall. I believe I've searched through Core and Bonus libraries. Does a design like this exist?
  3. Aha!! Now I get it! I hadn't imported them. Thanks a bunch. PS- I also emailed four furniture reps to see if their companies have artwork available. Whole new world opening up here for this near-retirement woman. Love to work and can continue from home someday! None of the younger staff have interest in this. It is time consuming to learn. Good night!
  4. Thank you. You know, I did download a number of these free ones. When I'm working on my plan ( which is a large area of our current showroom), I don't see where I can open those downloads. I'm slowly making my way through the videos... but haven't reached that level yet, I guess!
  5. I continue with my Trial Version of CA Interiors, practicing after work when I can. New laptop on sleep mode to continue my project. I'm endeavoring to convince my boss to buy it. We are a retail furniture store outside of Cleveland, OH, with talented interior designers. Customers want a "HGTV" experience and we could offer this with larger projects. The trial seems to offer a limited grouping of furniture styles in the Core library, with others visible, but not available to click on bonus catalogs or manufacturing catalogs. Can a user tell me that there is much more to these than the Core? Can you tell me which manufacturers would be available to me if we purchase?
  6. Thanks, but I had already downloaded as much free stuff as was apropos to our business. Not willing to spend my own money. Underwhelmed with what I see. Guess you get what you pay for. End of discussion. I appreciate your help.
  7. "Minimal libraries in the Library Browser" How does a new user obtain more images?
  8. I have a new laptop and am beginning to teach myself this program with the goal of convincing my boss that we need to add this to our interior design/furniture sales company. So far, I have created one room with windows, fireplace and a doorway. I am discovering furniture to add, but wonder if the real version will have more to choose from. Since I cannot save or print, I start new each day and learn a little more each time. Who knows the limitations of this trial version and what I can expect from the $2400 version? Thanks.
  9. Thanks, Lockport. Went to bed, back at it this morning, and found that I need 4th generation (4000+)Intel Driver, and only have 2300. And yes, not worth the upgrade. Headed out for new purchase in the next couple days! Excited to master this program! (Perhaps master is too lofty a goal...!)
  10. Thank you to Derek and solver. I am at home now using an older laptop and I have received an error message. C:\p4sync\dev\Releases\19\chief\source\appmgr.cpp(1059): Error #272032210 "You are using a video card that does not meet the software's minimum requirements. It is unlikely that you will be able to create 3D views." 8/23/2017 10:01:45 PM Build: 19.3.1.7x64 Time to buy a new laptop? I was ready to anyway. I have Windows 7 4GB Ram and 64-bit Anything else you'd need to know?
  11. Today I have downloaded the Interior Design TRIAL version on my work laptop. I will be away from this laptop for four days and would like to delve into it on home laptop. How can I do this? I saved the 20- character key. Thanks
