The job will be including drawing the design following owner’s predesign plan, submittal and finalize a building permit from city of Millbrae, CA. Designer who is using the Chief Architect to design and share drawing with owner will be preferable. Owner is using the HD pro and a Real Estate Broker and connecting with the city of Millbrae. The owner is acknowledged the requirement of the ADU in the city of Millbrae. The plan submittal will be an owner home building permit. Owner has the existing home final plan in the Home Designer Pro version from last extension which finished in year of 2000, see attached plan.
