What do you charge?

I am looking for someone to take my blue prints and make a virtual tour for me. I am in Cda Idaho. I don't need it furnished, just the floor plans inside and out. I want to be able to change paint colors. Counter tops and flooring. I need to get a feel for what the interior and exterior will really look like when finished. How much will this cost me? Who can help?
