WHEN I CLICK ON X17 IT TAKES 10 MIN OR MORE BEFORE IT OPEN UP. IS THIS MY COMPUTER OR SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE PROGRAM?

PLEASE I'M STILL NEEDING SOME HELP ON THIS...

I WAS WORKING ON A PROJECT AND IN THE LIBRARY THE ARCHITECTURAL FOLDER IS MISSING OR EMPTY. I TRIED DOWNLOADING X17 AGAIN BUT DIDN'T FIX IT. ANY IDEAS?

Last night I was working on a project in X17 when my active layers quit working. If I click in a room or object nothing happens in the active layers display.. What did I push or happen?, I reinstalled it and did a backup still didn't fix it.... Please help... BP

I logged off my laptop and shut it down, I went to my office and I get this message when I try to open chief x16on my desktop. Never had this happen before....

After 25 years of being in Wheelchair and still work has been hard on me. I'm going to have to be in bed for awhile and still have many projects going on. I was wondering if Chief 14 could be used with some kind of voice command program?

Well problem solved! I loss power Saturday to a snow storm and some how library got move to my 2nd screen that I use for clients...My dumb butt mistake... Thanks for the help...

When I click on the library Icon on up in my right screen, it does nothing it don't open up or drop down like it did Saturday when I was using it. I have no library... When I click layers and project browser they open up...

I've backed it up and saved it. I tried to import it and still no library.. I just need the main library so I can finish my work...

My library is not there anymore. How can I get it back? I went to my x-13 files and found user library, try to import it, but didn't work...

When I hit the fill window in 2d floor plan the floor plan not there.. I've tried the help option but won't center plan up. I'm doing something wrong. PRNKA PLAN 2ND.zip

I'm needing desktop..

Here's 3 option I got from around my area... Which one do you guys think is the best? So with the current market right now for us to build a custom computer it would be $1600 all together with parts and setup. That’s with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X cpu, nvidia GTX 1050 TI 4GB, 16GB RAM (if you’re wanting 32GB of ram it would an an extra 100 to the build), and 1 TB SSD storage.
