  1. I have the same Issue and I just disable GPU Ray Tracing as the recommendation on known-incompatibilities from Chief Architect on Intel Arc Graphics (no problem so far).

This Issue seems to be happened before:

Known Incompatibilities with Chief Architect Software - Windows 11 with NVIDIA 30 Series Graphics.

I do use other software for rendering and no related issue with nvidia driver or Ray Tracing.

Guys, I contacted Logitech customer support and they don't have a solution so far.  Just an update.

Hi @Doug_N, I don't believe it has anything to be with the mouse but it could be a hardware related issue.

  3. I have the same Issue but I'm using corsair gaming mouse, I change the report rate to 250 and didn't work for me, also there are two more threads reporting this issue.

Doug, you should have a blue "G" somewhere on your task bar or in your programs, which is the Logitech Gaming Software dialogue box.  If you open that, click on the mouse (if you have more than one Logitech device) and you should see a picture of the mouse and an arrow to the left with settings wheel next to it. Click on that arrow and it will open another dialogue box labeled "pointer settings".  There will be three places to change settings there: the top is the DPI Sensitivity Levels, the second is the Report Rate, and the third is Advanced.  Under the Report Rate, you should see places where you can select the report rate: 125, 250, and 500.  Click the 250 and then save and close.  Then try Chief again and see if that helps.  If it doesn't, go back and try 125.  That's what I did and so far, so good. Please let me know if I can help further.  Best of luck.

  4. I do have the same Issue on my computer and the only similar things on the hardware are: i9-9900K, 32gb, nvidia 1080 card, and a raid0 2 TB SSD drive.

I haven't seen this since I posted, although I've been taking some time off.

I did update my graphics driver last week.  And I also have a Logitech wave keyboard and Logitech M-something mouse.

I would assume if this was a larger issue, a lot more people would be having it.  So it must be something unique to our setups.  I am running a newer computer.  Custom built myself.  i9-9900K, 32 GB of RAM, M.2 NVMe 2 TB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX2060, Logitech Wave Keyboard and Mouse.  I am running Windows 10 Pro fully updated to 21H1.  I am using Chief Architect Premier X13.  How about everyone else?  I want to see if we have any similar hardware or software that could have some conflict with Chief Architect.
