Attached is the file for the B+G+11 storeyed building. I am encountering a peculiar issue: just by adding a wall, it takes 7-10 seconds to regenerate before allowing me to proceed. The performance has degraded significantly, as it keeps refreshing at each step.

Is there a more efficient solution to speed up the workflow? I have already tried disabling the "rebuild floor and ceiling" option and turned off the undo feature. Even after deleting all schedules, the impact on performance has been marginal.

I would appreciate any suggestions you have to improve the performance.

My request was to calculate areas covered by wall thickness to be calculated in standard areas. this is how gross areas are calculated.

I am currently facing a challenge with the built-up area calculation, specifically regarding the covered wall area  between two lifts. It appears that the built-up area is not including this wall in the calculations. As a temporary solution, I have been using room divider to account for this issue.

Is there a specific setting or adjustment that can be made to ensure that the built-up area calculation includes the wall between the lifts? I am seeking a more efficient and accurate solution than the current workaround.
