I created a 2,400 sq ft 2 story plan. The LR has a vault to an open balcony on the second floor. There is a bonus room over the 2-car garage and a shed roof over the third car garage. I created it for my daughter in Home Designer Suite 2015. However, the program doesn't allow me to create the roof lines I want. I know I can upgrade to the PRO version, but I don't want to spend that much money. Can you take my file and tweak the roof (for not too much money)? The picture is essentially the look I am trying to achieve.
