We're here in Cleve. O. Looking for a designer. Five years ago we used a nice gentleman from Michigan to design our second floor addition, but sadly he has since passed away. Now we are ready to design a first floor kitchen addition. I know Home Designer just enough to be dangerous, and can send versions that convey rough ideas of what we want to do. But they are not good enough for permitting. So we need someone who can design for us. We'd like to first clean up the as-built model a little. Then work with us on various versions as we finalize our kitchen design. Then lastly complete a permit set. And send us back an electronic model that we can see and work with in our Home Designer Pro 2017. Experience with kitchens a definite plus.
