No Break Line tool for layout box

No Break Line tool for layout box

I am currently sending a plan to layout and can not reshape the layout box. I have check tutorials on line that show the ability to use a break line tool for the layout box. I do not have the option in my tools when i highlight the layout box. Any ideas?
