I have an immediate need for somebody who is VERY experienced in Chief Architect. You can be located almost anywhere, although the project is in the Seattle area. I'm estimating in total this will be 10~20 hours of work, but with some optional things it could be a bit more. I have a large Chief Architect design (essentially finished) and I need to split it into two separate projects. I also have a list of changes needing to be made. It's relatively complicated in that many of the walls are not at 90 degrees. The situation is that the main plans have been submitted for permits, the County is requesting some changes. It would be nice if you had remote access software such as an Apple Mac or one of the online screen sharing apps, but this is not a requirement. Please indicate your hourly rate. I need somebody to provide additional help on a project now underway in the Tacoma/Seattle area. My architect is swamped, and we are needing to get things done so we can submit permits. I need somebody to help with some of the layers such as mechanical, electrical, etc, and to work through some of the details. It's great if you are an architect. Otherwise it is fine if you are just very experienced with Chief Architect and know about home plans, doing details, etc. Even if you are a student it is OK. You don't need to be on-site, and you can telecommute. I am guessing we need about 40 hours of help. It is something in the range of 30~100 hours. Our need is immediate.
