Thanks for the quick reply Robert. I closed everything out, reopened and tried again, and it worked this time. Not sure why it wasn't working before, but it does now. Thanks for the reaffirmation that the instructions were correct. I must have done something strange, or the program stored something until I closed it. I did discover a manual method along the way, just in case anyone wants to stop a crown part way on a wall. Start with the same procedure, converting to polyline, then select and "cut" a section then move each section on it's own. Thanks Again!!

I did a search, and the only article (KB-01959) on this topic does not seem to work for crown. I am able to convert as per instructions, but when I check the "No Molding On Selected Edge" it does not do anything. I have tried refreshing the view after doing this, but nothing changes. I am hoping there is a solution for this and maybe I am just missing a setting. Robert Chief X9 on MAC
