That would actually be fine. I in the middle of making a few more layout changes but then afterwards I wouldn't need to edit it since the builder would then have the prints.

I am using Home Designer Suite... didn't realize how different those would be! I don't have polygon room options. Are the two programs compatible. I don't know if I want to pay the money to upgrade for one plan. But I can totally see hiring someone with it!

I have just about finished creating my plans and am having a couple issues. Primarily with the roof, spiral stairs and walk out basement. I created it in home designer and need someone to fix it up. It is a 24 sided home, ideally I would also figure out how to make each side the same, but some are an inch off. We are getting ready to build and am open to suggestions!
