Im not sure what you are showing? This is just a arched door/door way. The issue is not being able to put molding inside the joor way where the door jamb is.

Greetings I am using Chief Architect Premier x8 and trying to recreate the room in the attached picture. I am having trouble creating the door ways the way they are in the picture. When I do a regular door way and modify the casing settings it only changes the wood that is against the walls and not the wood that is in the door way. The program does not seem to allow me to modify the door jamb with custom millwork or anything. I have tried settings it to not have a door jamb and that makes no difference. I have also tried putting millwork objects inside the door way but the program does not let me do that.
