The spec "Floor to Top" is this measured from the top of the subfloor to the top of the window frame; or from the top of the finished floor? It seems to be from top of subfloor. Also for example with a Full Camera view, when you set the camera height, is this height measured from the subfloor, or from the top of the finished floor?
