I'm an established designer in two markets of Southern California. Mostly custom homes, additions & remodels. I'm looking for a Chief user that can take initial designs (client approved presentation drawings) and develop working drawings and process them through local building departments. May also include interacting with consultants as needed, i.e. structural, title 24, soils & civil. I'm primarily established in the beach cities of Los Angeles and in the greater Palm Springs areas. We can work on a "contract work" basis per job. Exact location is not a problem but I'm obviously looking for someone located in or around at least one of these two areas.
