I experimented with color floor plans using the room specification fill style.  It works reasonably well as a color filled plan without having to use rendering views, its just a plain floor plan with color fill to the floors.  The only part I couldn't fill is the door thresholds.  The solid black walls were created with a black fill in the wall type definition main layer.

I have ongoing work available for several draftspeople with New Zealand residential drafting experience for new two story houses.  The work can be done remotely from anywhere.

Generally the work involves liaising with clients, creating full sets of drawings, specifications, and documents ready for building consent.

Thanks Doug.  Maybe it's a matter of having several options:

 

1.  Place a Custom Parent Button on a Toolbar and then add Child Buttons to it.

2.  Place a "Place Library Item" Button on a Toolbar and then select a Library Folder - resulting in it being converted to a Parent Button.

3.  Add Buttons to existing Parent Buttons - maybe or maybe not those that come OOB.

Any of these options would make it easier to group related custom menu items.  I intuitively tried all these options before finding this thread.
