I have an exterior wall with brick on both sides that encloses the front porch. When I put a doorway in it, the plan view does not show brick in the doorway as the "jamb", but rather shows a typical opening like with an actual door. I would like the plan view to show the brick in the doorway.
In the door dbx, it correctly shows brick on the sides of the opening (see attached) and in section view it shows the sides correctly, although not brick at the top "jamb".
I have tried unchecking "has jamb" in dbx, and tried changing door trim material to brick.
Any thoughts?
