I need a CA user that is in Illinois and familiar with residential construction codes.  I have a home designed but need it completed with all code requirements added to set.  I am from Florida - new to the north - not sure of their codes or the basement - foundation - construction.  The town does not require a sealed plan.

The town that I am building in does not require stamped plans - - they just want the plans very detailed - especially the foundation and wall sections - - and plumbing and electrical.  I can send you the file if you like - and let me know what you will charge - thanks!
