This seems to me a really odd question, but here goes. I search the libraries for "sectional" and a number of manufacturers come up with a world shown next to them. When I try to place that sectional, Chief Architect X16 takes me to catalogs on Home Designer website for purchase. I just upgraded from X14 to X16. I started on X5 after switching from Home Designer (forget version). Any help you can provide is appreciated. I would like the library browser search to default to Chief Architect online catalogs instead of Home Designer online catalogs. Thanks, Chris Neidig

Yeah. I don't get it. Might be time to trade in the inspiron 7775 for another model.

The only thing I can think that might cause it is the integrated graphics. I have 8 gigs of dedicated memory out of the 32 gigs available. I attached my file and my computer specs to the original message. Below is what I am encountering in the 3d view. Can someone just run a perspective view on their machine and let me know if they get the same thing? That will tell me if it is the model or the computer/software. Thanks.

Hello Kbird, I tried upgrading to the latest driver for RX 580 as comes with the Inspiron 7775. However, I then get a system stutter every second, which is more annoying than the dots on the 3d view.

Hello everyone. I have been a long-time user of chief architect (v5). I upgraded to version 13 and increased the memory in my computer to hopefully eliminate a line of dots across my 3d views. I even attempted to reinstall a radeon drive and directx 12. I am at a loss of what to do. Can anyone help me solve this mystery? It couldn't find this anywhere on the forum.Meixel-4.planDxDiag.txt
