Need architect to finish out and stamp the project I have been working on. I have worked up about 90% of the floor plan and electric in Chief Architect's Home Designer Pro, so I can pass along the electronic version. I will also need an electronic version as well. I'm building the house in the Dallas TX area. Architectural stamp and preferably engineering stamp.
The architectural/engineering blueprints need to follow the 2012 IRC, 2012 IECC and 2014 NEC. I would like the framing to have 160 MPH design criteria per AWS. Blueprints need to be 1/8 scale and include floor plan, electric, plumbing, detail sheets, window sizes, door sizes, elevation showing exterior wall construction and masonry percentage calculation, etc. If anyone can help please let me know so we can discuss fees etc.
Can anyone recommend an engineer to design a foundation and possibly framing on a residential home in the DFW area? Thanks in advance.
