Dormer or Second Floor, or Both?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach drawing this roof? The main roof is 0 degrees and the dormer (?) is about 2/12. Thank you in advance.

Deck Ledger Issues

Please see attachment Does anyone know why the deck ledgers are aligning on the wrong side of one wall and the correct side of others? Same wall definitions for both. Thanks.

Any one out there have any suggestions how to replicate this skylight? It is actually a large light well (14'x10') with a grid system system below. This is just for rendering purposes. Thanks in advance.
