In an attempt to simplify my decks, I blocked an Azek 4x4 post, cap and a post skirt. I turned the block into a symbol, but didn't get the result I was looking for. Looking for a way to be able to create a custom newel that can be selected as a newel in the dbx. Help!!

So if I want to line up the face of sheathing of the framed wall on top of a concrete wall, how is this possible?

Other than drawing cad blocks on the foundation level, I don't know what else to do. It gets to be time consuming. What does everyone else do?

SO I'VE NEVER HAD LUCK CREATING AN ATTIC DORM AND FINISHING THE ENDS OF THE WALLS. HELP!! HOW DO YOU GET THE WALL/ CEILING TO CONNECT OR BLEND IN??

I set my foundation up to run flush with the sheathing, but when I use a pony wall the framed wall lines up with the wall above but the block wall below it lines up with the framing , not the sheathing. Why is that and can it be fixed??? finally getting back to this issue
