5 Option 5 - Floorplan

Option 5 has a full height 2nd floor over the bedroom side of the design only. This creates opportunities for vaulted ceilings over the living spaces, making the living area feel big while maintaining 'small house' square footage. This option provides the possibility of 4 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms.

We created two styles using this floor plan, a Federal Style Saltbox and a Modern Cabin.
