3.1 Option 3 - Farmhouse; Exterior

This illustration of Option 3 is in the Farmhouse style, and is rendered using the Watercolor with Line Drawing Rendering Technique.

We kept the look simple, like a traditional farmhouse, with white board and batten siding, white trim, and a standing seam roof. A combination shed and gable dormer adds livable attic space upstairs without overpowering the front elevation of the house. A small shed dormer (not shown) on the back creates headroom for additional living space.

Using the automatic roof tools with specifications like 2nd pitch, gable wall definitions, and the Attic room type, the software was able to generate these roofs for us. We just adjusted a few overhand distances to polish it off.
