1.1 Option 1 - Coastal; Exterior

This exterior is our version of a Cali Coastal style. Simple, contemporary, and airy with lots of options for light.

A clerestory roof brings brightness to the interior. Post and beam construction on the porch adds some warmth and structural interest. Exposed beams along the roof tie the look together. This exterior could leverage fire-resistant stucco siding, and concrete or metal roofing.
