I have tried, unsuccessfully, to get X9 to operate on my system. It did work for a few days and then developed a problem. It is only X9 that has been an issue. In essence, it works for a few minutes and then develops long time delays when switching screens. They start short and progress to 10 minutes or more. I have run the course through Chief Support. I have upgraded drivers and reloaded the software,  all the way to my Window operating system. Reinstalled everything and the issue persists. In
