Changing the dimensions settings to centerline doors & windows

Can anyone help me find where to change the default dimensions settings in CA X8

so that it dimensions to the centerline of the doors and windows and not the edge or the exterior?

Yes I believe that is true.  Dimensions defaults do not change what an existing dimensions will locate but if you set the correct default a new dimension should follow the new default.
