Shower glass wall cuts into drywall

How do you get the glass not to cut into drywall, I'm using Glass shower wall with pony wall below. As you can see in the pic below the glass cuts the drywall and a back splash for tile. Shows the framed wall beyond.

You bet. There are a ton of techniques people use for these situations but what I usually do is drag a wall down in elevation, cap it with a custom countertop (usually the thickness of tile) and then build the glass with polyline solid(s).

I do what Michael does as well, but I use a straight half wall instead of dragging the wall down. I just set at height I need and modify the rail (see attached).  But as mentioned, there are a couple ways to do this.

Just use the "edit wall intersections" tool in the bottom toolbar when you click on the wall. Make sure the upper(glass) wall is being displayed. Pull back the intersection to the face of the drywall.
