Roof Issue - just domers need to show on new second floor plan. It is Showing new roof over part of new second floor. Need the walls to just go to bottom of Plate line of existing roof joists.. Can any one help?

You can move the roof line up and down by floors....if I understand your question. You seem to have a 2nd question about "walls to just go to bottom of plate line of existing roof joists"....that part I dont fully understand.

I cannot find the ignore tope (2nd) floor in the build roof dialog box?
