Chief V7 On A Ssd Drive?

If Chief is working fine on regular sata 6 harddrive, would it make any noticeable perfomance difference if I added a SSD drive, a 120gb, and only installed Chief on it? In other words add a SSD slave, call it D or E or...but just for Chief?

I have an opportunity to pick up a slightly used Intel 120gb SSD for a very reasonable price.

A while back I purchased an SSD, tb size drive, with everything on it, and it made a huge difference for me but It really depends on what you already have. If you have a killer system , you probably won't see as much difference. Mine was getting a little old so it really helped me.

Perry,

Would your mind sharing your system specs? I have my Windows 10 Pro and X8 installed on a Samsung EVO 850Pro 128GB SATA on a 6GB bus connector. I need to upgrade to at least 512GB but was wondering if I should use my MOBO's (ASUS Z10PE-D8 WS) M.2 slot for this drive. Which connection will make for quicker response?

Thanks Bro!
