Los Angeles County - Need floor plan of existing hosue

I'm working with someone with a physical disability and need a floor plan of his house. My client lives Downey, CA. I'm looking for someone with CA to produce a floor plan of the existing house. The floor plan needs to be within 1-2" of actual measurements. The floor plan will be used for feasibility purposes. Looking to have this completed in the next 1-2 weeks.
