Timber Frame

I have a client that wants to see a 3D rendering of this timber frame structure.  I can do the straight posts and beams, no problem, but I don't know how to generate the curved beams.  What shapes/solids do I use, or should I draw a flat 2D polyline and then extrude it and give it depth?  Most of my clients don't want me to put the extra time (money) into the fancy scroll work on the ends of the beams and such but this client wants to see all of it in 3D.  Please just get me on the right track and, hopefully, I can figure it out from there.

there is a new Timber Frame House in the CA Samples Gallery you could download to look at for ideas here http://www.chiefarchitect.com/products/samples.html

and I thought I had seen a tutorial on Timber Frame trusses in the KnowledgeBase (KB) too did you look?

If it's a Motorcoach (RV?) Pavilion are you sure that it is high enough > 7'6" is only 6" higher than a standard garage door.
