My basement ceiling height is supposed to be at 109" and my garage slab is supposed to be 24" below the sub floor. There are not supposed to be concrete walls on the sides of my garage like there are now (See Attached Picture) My garage ceiling height is supposed to be at 121" What settings did I fudge up? This is why I need training on foundations. I never use the "Automatic Tools" Like Roofs or Foundations. Thank you! Kbird1 Posted August 2, 2015 Share Posted August 2, 2015 Are you using the SAM Method by chance ? cos it looks like to me you didn't reset your Floor and foundation Defaults after you deleted the old Plan as everything is at the Defaults eg your basement at 133". Seems to be the case as I deleted everything and redrew a test box and still got what you have .... eg 1st floor defaults etc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
