I have selected display millwork on the reference layer set I created for the foundation, but it won't show the column locations. Everything else I have selected is displaying correctly.   I need this info for my foundation page.  Any ideas  on what I am missing?

You can add a cad block of the column, on any floor you want, by going to the cad block management DBX, select the correct cad block, and use the "Insert" button.

It also could be , you have the wrong reference floor marked

I always create my own layersets to use for reference sets, that way you can adjust the property's of each thing you want to show as a reference item without changing the original layerset. That method work great.
